Annual Meeting - Tuesday, November 12, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

• Meet and greet with neighbors & food will start at 6:00 p.m.

• Official business meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. 

  • 6:30 p.m. - Welcome and Review Accomplishments of the 49/63 Neighborhood Coalition

  • 6:40 p.m. - Remarks from Mr. Alvin Brooks

  • 7:00 p.m. - Coalition Business Meeting & Election of Board of Directors for Neighborhood Coalition (if you are interested in a Board of Directors position please fill out the interest form available at Board of Directors)

  • 7:15 p.m. - Speakers to be confirmed

• Location: Rockhurst University Magis Activity Center (5311 Tracy Ave, Kansas City, MO)

  • Parking is available in Lot M next to the building and no permit is required.
